Though it has slow start in India, 'Mohenjo Daro' got a very strong opening in the United States.
In India, the movie collected Rs. 8.87 crore on its first day; on the other hand, in the US, the collection was about 250,000 dollars, of which some locations are yet to be reported.
"I am pleasantly surprised by the positive reviews for Mohenjo Daro. It's encouraging that we have received better reviews than most were expecting," said Hrithik.
The Ashutosh Gowariker' magnum opus, also starring Pooja Hegde, is world's first ever cinematic presentation of the ancient Indus Valley civilization.
