Former Pakistan coach Mohsin Khan has said that an opportunity to test more young players in the Zimbabwe tour had been missed by the nation's cricket team but said that he saw positives in the inclusion of Khurram Manzoor and Faisal Iqbal.

In an interview with pakpassion.net, Khan expressed that it was strange that the likes of Shahid Afridi and Younis Khan should have been rested and being afraid of losing to Zimbabwe was just not right.

Manzoor said that Sohaib Maqsood and Zulfiqar Babar, along with Anwar Ali too deserved their chances and hoped that the players would get a few games to play.
