Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho believes that one of the good qualities of his team is the fact that they are not concerned with individual awards as the team has no space for selfish and ego-centric players.

Mourinho stated that they care about the team and the result as their collective ambitions, adding that they have no space for players who are selfish and ego-centric rather than thinking about the team. He further said that their ultimate aim is to win matches and reach a certain level of game quality, the Daily Star reported.

Chelsea are currently at the peak of the points table and remains unbeaten as of now.
