'Mr. Nasty' Simon Cowell reveals softer side during X Factor USA audition
Simon Cowell showed his soft side softer side during the auditions of 'The X Factor USA' Season 3.
The usually sharp-tongued 53-year old music mogul surprised audiences when he expressed his fatherly affection for a contestant's young son, and gave the contestant another chance to impress the panel after the contestant gave a disappointing performance, BIG CBS LOVE reported.
The Syco boss commented that he was reminded of his unborn son upon meeting the contestant's son.
Cowell is expecting a baby boy with girlfriend Laura Silverman in February 2014.
