'Elf' screenwriter David Berenbaum has been roped in to write a sequel to the 1993 hit comedy 'Mrs. Doubtfire.'
The Fox 2000 production has Robin Williams starring in the film and director Chris Columbus is also set to return for the sequel, Deadline reported.
Columbus and Williams have not officially inked the deals but Columbus is producing for his 1492 banner.
