Mukherjee to inaugurate INS platinum jubilee celebrations tomorrow
President Pranab Mukherjee will inaugurate the platinum jubilee celebrations of the Indian Newspaper Society (INS) here tomorrow.
The INS was born as the Indian and Eastern Newspaper Society on February 27, 1939 in New Delhi with 14 founders.
It has now more than 1,000 members who have publications in 19 languages with a combined circulation of 71 million copies.
