The football jerseys of murder-accused NFL star Aaron Hernandez are reportedly fetching more than 1, 000 dollars on eBay.
According to the New York Post, the product description on a Hernandez Nike jersey that started at 99 cents but was commanding more than 1,000 dollars after 50 bids, read, 'Up for grabs is my husband's Hernandez jersey that he just had to have for Christmas'.
The post further read 'Starting the bid at .99 because we just want it the bleep out of this house', the report added.
However, former fans of the ex- New England Patriot player, who have refused to own the memorabilia of an accused murderer, have said that they are shocked to see bidding wars for his jerseys
According to a former Hernandez fan, although he had expected only 15 dollars for the jersey he had bought for 50 dollars when Hernandez was a star, he had it sold for 289 dollars.
