British tennis star Andy Murray's improved fitness has been attributed to his regular urine checks, with one member of the Brit's team tasked with doing a test on his wee every time he goes to the loo.

According to the Daily Star, the Scot has worked hard to transform himself from the weedy teen who first appeared at Wimbledon to one of the toughest players in the game.

The report said that along with the star's obsession over his hydration levels, he was also known to gorge on sushi, sometimes eating up to 50 pieces a day.
