Caddie-turned golfer Ashok Kumar has said that his uphill struggle helped him reach this position, and hopes that he will continue to perform like this.
"I believe in hard work and continuing with it. Let's see how far I can go. You have to do better than others to win, so I am working hard," Ashok told ANI here.
Reflecting on his performance at India Open, Ashok said that he has been performing well and looking forward to remaining days.
"I am playing very well, my score is plus 3 and two days are more. You will get to see good golf," he said.
Speaking about his journey from caddie to golfer, he said, "Definitely, the youngsters who don't have good background are getting the support of the golf course. They are providing the youngsters with many facilities.
