Czech's Barbora Strycova and former world number one Caroline Wozniacki advanced to the fourth round at women's Wimbledon singles after defeating second seed Li Na and Ukraine's Lesia Tsurenko respectively in the third round.
Strycova advanced with a 7-6 (7-5), 7-6 (7-5) win over China's Na, while Wozniacki advanced to the last 16 with a 6-3, 6-0 victory over Tsurenko.
According to the BBC, Romania's third seed Simona Halep advanced to the third round with a 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 victory over Ukraine's Lesia Tsurenko and would next face world number 71 Belinda Bencic, who defeated American Victoria Duval 6-4, 7-5.
Moreover, fourth seed Agnieszka Radwanska defeated Michelle Larcher de Brito 6-2 6-0 and the Pole will play Russia's 22nd seed Ekaterina Makarova, who beat Caroline Garcia 7-5 6-3, in round four.
Australian Open champion Na has not advanced beyond the third round in eight appearances at Wimbledon and lost in the first round at this year's French Open, the report added.
