Naidu to review progress of new urban schemes in Madhya Pradesh

Union Minister for Urban Development M. Venkaiah Naidu will today chair a workshop in Bhopal to review the progress of different schemes of his department being implemented in Madhya Pradesh.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and state's urban administration minister Maya Singh will be present in the workshop. Mayors of municipal corporations and senior officers will also participate in it.

Schemes like AMRUT, smart cities, metro projects in Bhopal and Indore will be discussed in the workshop and presentations will be given.

The review workshop is expected to boost to the implementation of these schemes in the state.
