Naomi Watts and her long-time actor beau Liev Schreiber have reportedly sorted out their differences and are getting serious about marrying each other.

A friend of the couple told Radar Online that 'The Ring' star and the American actor, who have two kids together, had their ups and downs, that also included a cancelled New Year's Eve wedding, but they are rethinking about getting married.

The insider said that the 45-year-old actress was completely broken hearted after the fallout of Princess Diana biopic last year and Schreiber had helped her to gain her confidence back.

And now they are more in love than they've ever been and are definitely serious about getting married, the source added.
