Minister of State for Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, on Wednesday offered a 'chadar' at the dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, Ajmer Sharif, on behalf of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
PM Modi had earlier on Tuesday handed over the 'chaadar' to be offered to Naqvi.
