The third Shahi Snan of the Simhastha Kumbha Mela will take place here on Friday.
The event will take place only on Ramkunda.
Earlier this week, the Bombay High Court had given a directive to the Maharashtra Government to reconsider its decision to release water for this Snan after hearing a PIL that challenged the release of water.
Nasik Police Commissioner S. Jagnnath said that the movement of pilgrims will be regulated in such a way that nobody will have to walk for more than two kilometers.
