The Congress Party on Saturday appeared to scoff at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's brand of transparency as well as his decision to be in Patna, saying this was natural with assembly polls in the state so close.
Reacting to Modi's announcement of various schemes and taking credit for them, Congress leader Shakeel Ahmed told ANI here, "It is obvious that Prime Minister should go as it's an election time. We have heard about some inauguration. He want to inaugurate schemes or programmes which have already been started during UPA regime .He must be transparent and say to the Bihar people that these schemes were launched during the tenure of Congress. Like other schemes, he should not take credit of this scheme."
The Prime Minister is currently addressing a 'Parivartan' rally in Muzaffarpur.
He will also inaugurate the ambitious 'Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gramjyoti Yojana.
