Navdeep Singh Suri appointed Indian High Commissioner to Australia

Navdeep Singh Suri, presently Ambassador of India to the Arab Republic of Egypt, has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to Australia.

Suri, who is a 1983 batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer, is expected to take up his assignment shortly.
