Nepal PM to address nation today
Nepal Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba will address the nation at his official Baluwatar residence at 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to reports, he is expected to resign from the post.
Earlier, he met India's Chief of Army Staff General Bipin Rawat, who was on a three-day visit to Nepal.
