ISIS militants have released a new video that shows young children being trained in a caged ring in army uniforms and balaclava covered faces.
According to The Independent, the video has been circulating on social media sites for the past ten days.
It seems to show that the young boys are being trained in a military facility.
The footage also shows young boys grappling in a giant fenced-in ring while an IS soldier shouts encouragement.
The boys can be seen having wooden sticks smashed over them, breaking tiles and practising acrobatic karate-esque moves on one another.
The ISIS claims that this is a grooming of next generation of fighters.
