The new Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum Complex which now includes the Garages Museum and Clock Tower in addition to the Stables Museum will open for the public from October 2.
The Museum Complex will be open all days from 9a.m.-4 p.m.except Mondays.
The entry and exit for visitors will be through Gate No. 30 on Mother Teresa Crescent Road.
Visits can be booked on-line at thewebsitewww.presidentofindia.nic.in. There will be nominal registration charges of Rs. 50/- per head (Children below the age of 8 years will be exempt from charges).

The Garage Museum was inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India on 25th July, 2016.
It is spread over 10,000 square meters and is a hi-technology story-telling museum. This museum depicts the story of the planning and construction of Rashtrapati Bhavan; the British Viceroys who occupied the building till 1947; their reaction towards the freedom movement in the country; transfer of power; formation of the Republic; life and work of 13 Presidents of India since 1950; life in Rashtrapati Bhavan; beauty and environment of the campus, people working here and important visitors to Rashtrapati Bhavan etc.
The museum also has an Art Gallery for holding temporary exhibitions.
