NGT directs U'khand to provide factual report on shifting of Raiwala Army ammunition dump
The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed the Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand to provide a factual report on the issue of shifting of Raiwala Army ammunition dump from Chilla Motichur area.
The tribunal was hearing a petition of Centre for Wildlife and Environmental Litigation (CWEL).
The case will now be heard on July 8.
