Nigella Lawson is apparently being comforted by Pierce Brosnan, after the break-down of her marriage with estranged hubby Charles Saatchi.

Just six weeks after images of the TV cook being gripped round the throat by Saatchi emerged, the Brosnan and Lawson were spotted at a restaurant, the Mirror reported.

One diner told the publication that the pair seemed very happy to see one another and were engrossed in conversation after sitting down together for a chat.

The eyewitness asserted that it was clear that they both enjoyed the opportunity to share some time together.

The 'James Bond' star recently lost his daughter, Charlotte, to ovarian cancer.
