Nigerian hackers take over athlete Lisa Tamati's web life
Ultra-marathon runner Lisa Tamati's online life has been reportedly hacked by attackers, who are speculated to be from Nigeria.
Tamati said that hackers have taken control of her email account, Facebook, Skype and Trade Me and had locked her out.
The high-profile athlete said that the hack is coming from Nigeria and the hackers have been posting false messages through her accounts.
According to stuff.co.nz, last year Tamati had 10,000 dollars stolen from her bank account by scammers.
She said that the identity theft has left her entire database spammed and she has warned people to not open or respond to any online messages from her accounts in the next few days.
