F1 legend and Mercedes overlord Niki Lauda has hailed Lewis Hamilton's drive during the Hungarian GP win as the best he had ever seen, adding that the racer had driven sensationally.
According to the Mirror, Hamilton's fourth win at the Hungaroring takes him into history alongside Michael Schumacher as the most successful driver to race here.
For the first time this year, Hamilton made up ground on Vettel in the title chase and his hopes for the crown are promising, although he would not admit it, the report said.
However, Hamilton insisted it would not make up for his British Grand Prix heartbreak when a tyre blew while leading, the report added.
