Niranjan Hiranandani Felicitated with 'Giants International Award - 2016'

Niranjan Hiranandani, CMD, Hiranandani Communities, who is credited with changing the skyline of Indian real estate, was felicitated with the 'Giants International Award - 2016' in the 'Business and Industry' category on 17 September 2016.

The award citation mentions that Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani, apart from real estate, is also associated with other Verticals including Education, Healthcare, Vocational Training, Hospitality, Retail and Infrastructure as also charitable institutions.

The award was conferred at a glittering ceremony at Mumbai's Trident Hotel on September 17 2016, at the hands of Union Minister Prakash Javadekar, who was the chief guest at the event.

Niranjan Hiranandani said he was 'humbled' at being conferred the award, adding that he was thankful to the organizers. "My newest initiative will be creation of Affordable Housing on a 'no-profit basis'," he added.

Giants World Chairman Padmashree Nana Chudasama, World Chairperson Shaina N C and Deputy World Chairman Noorudin A Sovwaila were present at the Awards function.

Every year, on September 17th, Giants Day is celebrated by organizing an award function to recognize excellent work done by people in various fields. These awards are given to the people who have dedicated their life to their work and to the county.

The 'Giants International Awards - 2016' included 12 awards in different fields.
