NorthEast midfielder Simao Sabrosa scored a free-kick to help his side settle with a 1-1 draw against Delhi Dynamos in their Indian Super League (ISL) clash here at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Tuesday.
Delhi striker Richard Gadze smashed a goal in the 38th minute of the game to put his side in lead first.
But in the second-half, Sabrosa scored the equalizer to avoid defeat against the hosts.
With the draw, Delhi Dynamos are currently at the second spot, while NorthEast are languishing down at the seventh spot in the league table.
The next match will be played between Kerala Blasters and FC Pune City in Kochi tomorrow.
