Russell Martin's 61st-minute equalizer help Norwich to level the score after Danny Ings' opener in the early second half,Sport24 reported.
After the draw, Liverpool is currently at 13th spot, with eight points from six games played.
Liverpool will now play against Aston Villa on September 26.
