A British Company has come up with the most expensive toaster that has 24 Carat gold plated design.

The toaster, which costs a whopping 1,000 pounds, is manufactured by Dualit and is handmade in the UK using 168 components, the Daily star reported.

The toaster, which cooks bread and bagels, can defrost and even has a crumb tray, is being sold exclusively in department store Selfridges and will feature in their 2014 Christmas window display.
