A new version of 'Android device manager' lets users locate, lock or erase data remotely on their phones.

According to Greenbot, users can now log in as a guest to locate, lock, ring, or remotely wipe their device.

Users just have to enter their Gmail credentials which they use on their device, and then simply choose what they want to do.

However, it is necessary that the device's location access is turned on to get real time location updates.
