Sainsbury's have teamed up with 'London Cocktail Club' owner, JJ Goodman to turn the traditional festive snack into a brew.
JJ Goodman approached Susi Richards, Product Development Head of Sainsbury and requested to create something that would help shoppers get a hit of their favorite Christmas flavors in a single glass, the Daily Express reported.
The snack contains fruit mincemeat, cognac, Irish Cream Liqueur, milk and a Clementine.
Richards told that their delicious mincemeat Irish cocktail recipe was designed especially for their mince pie mad customers so that they can enjoy the flavors of mincemeat in a really different way.
