Omkar Realtors unveils new Malad-based Tower Trilliant at 4.99 percent EMI Interest

Mumbai-based Omkar Realtors and Developers (omkar.com), a market leader in redevelopment and luxury residential projects, announced the launch of 'Trilliant', a luxury residential tower being developed at Malad East, Western Express Highway, Mumbai.

Part of Omkar's Alta Monte project, the 51- storey luxury high-rise tower offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK units sized from 833 sq. ft. to 1,253 sq. ft at a box pricing. With a never-before interest rate offer for 4.99 percent (10-year period), the 2 BHK apartments are priced at Rs 1.99 cr to Rs 2.35 cr plus taxes (18th - 51st floor). The 3 BHK units are priced at Rs 2.75 cr - Rs 3.52 cr plus taxes (18th -51st floor).

The first-ever low interest rate offer is pegged in the slabs of 10 years (4.99 percent), 15 years (5.99 percent), 20 years (6.49 percent) and 25 years (6.99 percent), says Devang Varma, Director, Omkar Realtors and Developers.
