British comedy 'Only Fools and Horses' will be returning to the small screen in the UK in March 2014 as a part of the BBC's Sport Relief telethon.

The award-winning sitcom, which featured David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst as two hapless market traders, ran from 1981 until 2003 with 63 episodes, Contactmusic reported.

BBC bosses have confirmed that Jason and Lyndhurst feature in 2014's Sport Relief.

A spokesman for the network has said that a short sketch is being produced.
