If sources are to be believed then, rapper Sean Combs will not be charged with any criminal offence, following his altercation with his son's UCLA football coach.
The 45-year-old rapper, who is known by his stage name P. Diddy, lashed out at his son Justin's coach Sal Alosi, after his son was sent home from his football practice, shortly after which the rapper allegedly swung a kettlebell at the coach, TMZ reports.
According to sources, Diddy, accompanied by his lawyer, Mark Geragos, and others involved in the incident, will appear in the hearing on October 15.
