A Pakistani Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) has reportedly indicted four men for the murder of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf leader Zahra Shahid.
Muhammad Rashid alias Master, Zahid Abbas Zaidi, Irfan alias Lamba and Kaleem have been charged with killing Shahid inside her Defence residence in May 2013, reports the Dawn.
The accused pleaded not guilty and chose to contest the case as Judge Imdad Ali Khoso read out the charges against them.
The court has ordered all prosecution witnesses to record their testimonies on June 15.
Hussain was gunned down outside her residence in Karachi's Defence Housing Authority, Phase-IV, by two gunmen riding a motorcycle.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan had blamed Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain for the killing.
