Pakistan soared to their biggest Test win as they defeated Australia by a whooping 356 runs in their second match and claimed the two match series as well.
The Pakistani spinners ripped apart the Australian batting line up quickly after lunch claiming five quick wickets and letting the batsmen contribute 46 more runs.
This is the first time since 1994 that Pakistan has won a Test series against Australia.
Pakistan had put up a massive first innings total of 570-6 declared while Australia managed to score only 261 before they were all out.
In the second innings Pakistani batsmen scored another 293-3 declared, setting Australia 603 for victory in Abu Dhabi.
The visitors took to the crease on the fourth day and were reduced to 143-4 by the end of the penultimate day.
On the fifth and final day the Pakistani bowlers ripped apart Australia's remaining batsmen to clinch a 356 run victory as well as a series whitewash.
Only all rounder Steven Smith was able to score 97 runs for Australia before he too was trapped lbw by legbreak spinner Yasir Shah, who delivered match figures of 44 runs from 22 overs and claimed three wickets in all.
Mohammad Hafeez claimed two wickets in his 17 overs and conceded just 38 runs while bowling. Another spinner Zulfiqar Babar claimed the rest of the five Australian wickets in the 32.3 overs he bowled, conceding 120 runs during his spells.
Pakistan captain Misbah-ul Haq has been named the man of the match for his brilliant knock of 101 in the first innings and for remaining unbeaten for 101 again in the second innings.
Veteran batsman Younis Khan has been awarded the man of the series for his heroics throughout the Test series.
Pakistan will next play New Zealand in a three-match Test series followed by two Twenty20s and five ODIs, the report added.
