Pakistan extended its heartfelt condolences to the family of deceased Sabika Sheikh who lost her life in the shooting incident at Santa Fe in southeastern Texas City of Santa Fe on May 17.
As per an official release by Pakistan's spokesperson on Friday, late 17-year-old Sheikh was studying at the Melbourne Polytechnic Institute Preston.
Sheikh was among the eight students and two teachers who were killed in the attack.
As per media reports, earlier on Wednesday, hundreds had gathered for Sheikh's last rites.
Further, the gunman was identified as 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis who was later convicted of murder and aggravated assault.
The attack had intensified demands for stringent gun ownership controls across the United States.
