Member of Parliament Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Wednesday said it is high time that Pakistan is declared a terror state post Uri Attacks.

"We are witnessing a global condemnation of Pakistan and all the nations of the world look at Pakistan with the view of a terror state. In America, two lawmakers have introduced a Bill to declare Pakistan a terror state. I also think and I submitted a resolution to be passed in the Winter Session of Parliament, which unambiguously states that Pakistan is a terror state," Chandrasekhar told ANI.

Chandrasekhar advised the government to review its relationship with Islamabad in the wake of the increasing terror attacks from the other side of the border.

"We are suffering these terror attacks of Pakistan for many years... We need to review all these and all Pakistan whatever it really is, that is a terror state," Chandrasekhar said.

"A message will also be then sent to the selective few who consider Pakistan something other than terror state, that all of us countrymen consider Pakistan a terror state," he added.

Chandrasekhar talked about how the world is becoming increasingly concerned about Pakistan being a terror state.

"This shows the increasing concern of the whole world that Pakistan is not a failed state, it is now a terror state," he said.

Two infiltration bids were made from across the border in Kashmir on Tuesday just days after the Uri terror strike, but they were foiled by the Army in an encounter in which 10 terrorists and a jawan were killed even as the Pakistani troops violated ceasefire and fired at Indian positions.

The infiltration bids and the ceasefire violation came after four Pakistan-based terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad militants stormed an army base in Uri Sector of Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district, killing 18 soldiers and injuring several others.

All the four militants were killed in the gun battle.
