Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that former President General Pervez Musharraf's trial for the treason case without the approval of the cabinet would be labeled as "victimization" and against the principles of justice on part of the government.
Shujaat claimed that haste on part of the government to pursue treason case against Musharraf will prove fatal for the rulers, the Nation reports.
He warned the government of serious consequences for taking up the sedition case of Musharraf in a bid to divert attention of the people from real issues.
