Pakistan's Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid on Tuesday advised Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan to motivate people to serve the country rather than to riot.
According to Dawn, Rashid said that 307 members of the National Assembly would not participate in the PTI long march scheduled to be held on August 14 and added that with only 25 participating lawmakers from the NA, the PTI's tsunami would be a solo flight.
Rashid said that PTI's march was a one-day event which would transform into a quick march and added that the work of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) would be increased as a result of the march.
Rashid also appealed to the PTI chief that the present time was not suitable for a long march but for the welfare of IDPs from North Waziristan.
