Ousted Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav on Friday rubbished the show cause notice sent to him by the party leadership and threatened to resort to legal action if required.
"If Mulayam ji has been elected as the party president, how can Laluji send me show cause notice? I will have a word with Mulayam ji, will also take legal course of action if required," said Yadav
He also launched a blistering attack on RJD president Lalu Yadav, saying he was the biggest enemy of the backward communities.
"Lalu Yadav is the biggest enemy of the Yadavs and the backward communities in this country," he said.
The RJD expelled Pappu Yadav yesterday for six years after he backed former Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi. A few days ago, he was also issued a show cause notice for the same.
