Producer Steven Schneider has revealed that he "went bananas" as he managed to piss off a lot people and had to start a process of getting help for his drug problem after the unexpected huge success of 'Paranormal Activity.'
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Schneider said in an interview that the 2009 movie, which was made on a 15,000 dollars budget that grossed 193 million dollars worldwide, was the first thing that he had anything to do with that came out or worked in any capacity.
Schneider added that this anomalous, crazy ride, probably f-ed him up in some ways as it really messed with his own sense of expectation because people thought he was smart and ambitious before, but now he was a genius.
