Roger Rodas' family has recently been declared of possessing Paul Walker's exotic car collection worth around 2 million dollars and the actor's dad has claimed for his son's belonging.
The 'Fast and Furious 6' star's dad Paul Walker III filed legal documents claiming the estate of Rodas, who was driving the Porsche Carrera GT when he and late 40-year-old actor died, TMZ.com reported.
The crash driver and the American actor co-owned 'Always Evolving,' but the cars that Rodas' family still possess were all fully or partially owned by Walker.
Rodas' family had already rejected the claim made by 'Joy Ride' actor's dad, and apparently it looks like a judge will have to sort this out.
