All thanks to her leading lady role in 'Quantico' and being one of India's top picks for advertisers and celebrity endorsements, Priyanka Chopra made it to the top ten list of Forbes' highest paid actress on Television.

According to Forbes, the 34-year-old Desi girl has secured the eighth position, earning 11 million dollars.

The former Miss World may be relatively new to the audience in the West, but she will take her big-screen talent stateside later this year with one of the lead roles in 'Baywatch.'

Famous actresses like Kaley Couco, Ellen Pompeo and Stana Katic precede her with American-Columbian model, Sofia Vergara topping the list.

In all, these highest-paid female stars of the small screen are reported to have made a combined 208.5 million dollars between June 2015 and June 2016.
