Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini has reportedly insisted that the Premier League title chase remains a four-horse race as the club prepares for their crucial upcoming matches against Manchester United and Arsenal next week.
Pellegrini's squad reportedly control their own destiny as they have three games in hand and are six points adrift of leaders Chelsea after moving up to third place in Premier League following the club's 5-0 victory over 10-man Fulham.
According to the Daily Express, Pellegrini has insisted that his club is still in the title hunt, despite their 6-0 defeat at Stamford Bridge recently, and said that he does not feel that the title is just between Manchester City and Chelsea.
Pellegrini said that they should also watch what Liverpool are doing every week, because they are playing 'very well' and scoring goals.
Pellegrini further said despite a bad game Arsenal is still seven points behind Chelsea with a game in hand adding that all the four teams have an equal chance of bagging the league title.
Pellegrini also said that it is too early to say that the title is between two teams as leaders Chelsea have to play seven more games, Arsenal has to play eight and Manchester City have got 10 games to play, which makes it a lot of points still to play for.
