Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone starrer hit flick 'Piku' has been awarded as 2015's best film at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne.
Not just this, the drama flick also scooped an award for Best Director by Shoojit Sircar, who perfectly directed Bhaskor Da and Piku characters on big screen shot in Delhi and Bengal.
On the other hand, Anil Kapoor was honoured with a special award for his excellence in the world of cinema, whereas Rajkumar Hirani was awarded with Best Telstra People's Choice Award for 'PK'.
The prestigious award show was held at the iconic National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne.
