Playboy mansion seems to be in a big trouble, as it is being sued by one of its guest.

Michael Jed has claimed that he had inflicted serious injuries during the mansion's infamous Halloween party, TMZ.com reports.

Jed said during the bash some security guards approached him and told him that his wristband was not legit therefore they called the cops and placed him under citizen's arrest.

According to his lawsuit, security guards have beaten him to a pulp and have inflicted many serious injuries.

However, the cops have released him without any charges.
