Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe on his birthday.
"I pray for Mr. Shinzo Abe's long life, good health and wish him the best in leading Japan to new heights of progress," Prime Minister Modi said.
He also praised the Japanese Prime Minister's leadership and emphasized both countries' commitment to promoting Indo-Japan relations.
"Whenever I interact with him, I cannot but marvel at his insight and expertise on a wide range of issues, both local and international," Prime Minister Modi said.
"Both PM Abe and I are committed to taking India-Japan relations to the next level and contributing to global peace and development," the Prime Minister said.," he added.
