Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Uttarakhand on Wednesday.
He will begin his visit by offering prayers at the Kedarnath Temple.
During the visit, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate the Patanjali Research Institute in Haridwar.
Meanwhile, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat yesterday flew to Kedarnath to review the preparations ahead of the Prime Minister's visit.
He visited the medical centre set up at Kedarnath to provide prompt medical facilities for the pilgrims and interacted with the medical team deployed at the centre.
He also visited the accommodation arrangements made for the pilgrims at Kedarnath.
