PM Modi trains guns on Nitish, says time to change fate of Bihar

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday launched a fresh volley of attack on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, saying that the latter had broken all his promises on development and added that he defended 'jungle raj' way more than RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav.

"Nitish condemned jungle raj when he was with the BJP and now he is silent. He promised so many things, including state-wise electricity. Has anything come true? The only thriving industry during jungle raj is kidnapping," Prime Minister Modi said while addressing a rally here.

Lambasting the grand alliance, he added that for 60 years they were incapable of doing any development in the state.

"When you vote this election, don't forget the history of the 'mahaswarthbandhan'. They are the same people, who are responsible for the current state of affairs in Bihar. For 60 years they did not even create jobs, leaving the youth to fend for themselves," the Prime Minister added.

Addressing a rally in Sasaram earlier, Prime Minister Modi had taken on RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and questioned his absence from the campaigning in the run up to the assembly polls.

"What did the RJD chief do that he was barred from contesting the polls? The people of Bihar must ask Laluji as to why he is out of the elections this time? What did he do? He calls himself the big boss of Bihar and wants to run this state with a remote control," he said.
