In what may spark off another row between the Centre and the Delhi Government, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has put up new posters exhorting Prime Minister Narendra Modi to let the Delhi Government work.

The posters, which sprang up outside the Delhi Secretariat, say, "PM Sir, please allow Delhi Government to work, it is doing good work."

The Delhi Government, however, doesn't see the move as confrontation and defended the act.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia told ANI, "The posters say that the Center, run under Prime Minister Modi, is interfering in state functioning through the LG and not allowing us to work. Hence, we are requesting Mr. Prime Minister to allow the Delhi Government to work."

Earlier, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, in a letter to Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung, also made allegations that he is working at the behest of the Prime Minister.
