Ticking off the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MPs for failing to submit progress report of their respective constituencies during the Vikas Day celebration, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday asked his party's lawmakers to submit the report online.

According to BJP sources, most of the party MPs have not submitted a report concerning their constituencies that angered the Prime Minister, who today said at the Parliamentary Party meeting, "Most of you have not submitted progress reports of your constituencies during the Vikas Parv celebrations, which is a matter of concern."

The Prime Minister told them he hoped that they would submit progress reports online to Minister of State in Prime Minister's Office (PMO) Jitendra Singh or directly to him.

The report must contain details of work done by you and status of the implementation of various schemes Central Government, he added.

In an earlier Parliamentary Party meeting, the Prime Minister had told the party MPs that not just he, but they were also completing two years in office, and thus, it was the responsibility of all members to inform the people about the works carried out by the government.

The Prime Minister has reportedly given three months to them for submitting the progress report.
